What countries do you ship to?

We happily ship to (almost) all countries worldwide! Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the following countries: China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of the Ukraine, Sudan and Syria. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your WhiteNeoTeeth order and/or shipping total.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Delivery is offered on all our products, except gift products.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight/volume and distance.

Why is my order being shipping in the different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to be sure you will  get it as fast as possible!
